Integrity due diligence for African investments

How to develop decision-useful intelligence without flattening diverse markets into generic country risk.

African markets are diverse legal, political and commercial environments. Generic country ratings cannot replace counterparty-specific research and grounded interpretation.

A proportionate review examines ownership, political exposure, litigation, regulatory history, reputation, business relationships and allegations. Local sources can add context but require careful corroboration.

The final product should support a decision: what is known, what remains uncertain, what can be mitigated and what would change the assessment.
