Integrity
We say what the evidence supports, disclose limitations and avoid conclusions designed merely to please.
Independent advisory
FCT Forensic Limited is a Kenya-based, Africa-focused advisory firm helping organisations understand risk, establish facts and strengthen institutional integrity.
Our story
FCT Forensic Limited was incorporated in Kenya in January 2024 to bring senior attention, multidisciplinary thinking and practical delivery to difficult forensic and regulatory questions. The practice works across financial crime, investigations, corporate intelligence, governance, risk and compliance.
Our understanding of African markets is built through assignments, practitioner experience and delivery relationships — not through claims of an office in every market. We account for different legal systems, information environments, languages and operating realities.
Mission
To help organisations make defensible decisions, protect value and strengthen integrity through evidence-led advisory.
Vision
To be a trusted independent adviser for forensic, financial crime, integrity risk and governance challenges across Africa.
What guides us
We say what the evidence supports, disclose limitations and avoid conclusions designed merely to please.
Our judgement is not shaped by internal politics, commercial pressure or predetermined outcomes.
We use disciplined methods, traceable sources and appropriate challenge throughout the work.
Sensitive information is restricted, handled deliberately and shared only for legitimate need.
Our work must help a leader decide, act or strengthen capability — not simply add another report.
Our development
Select a year to explore key developments in the firm's growth.
2024
The firm established its independent platform for forensic, integrity, financial crime and governance advisory.
Senior-led delivery
Senior professionals shape scope, challenge evidence and remain accountable for the quality of conclusions. Specialist delivery partners may add local context, technical depth or field capacity under clear confidentiality and quality expectations.
Professional credentials
Credentials held across professionals and our specialist network include CAMS, CFE, CIA, CPA and GRCP. These are individual practitioner credentials and should not be read as corporate accreditations.
How we work
Clarify the question, exposure, stakeholders and evidence.
Gather, test and interpret information proportionately.
Translate findings into practical decisions and controls.
Support ownership, implementation and sustained capability.
Why FCT
Experienced judgement remains engaged from scoping through final communication.
Financial, investigative, intelligence and control perspectives are brought together where the problem requires them.
Methods account for African information environments and operating conditions without relying on broad assumptions.
Findings are structured around decisions, evidence, priorities and practical next actions.
